Solution Consultant (Remote- US Based)

Job Summary 

The solution consultant will work with clients to help leverage their investment in our technologies.The ideal candidate will be able to assist association clients to achieve their technology goals using methodologies that are consistent with our technology roadmap. 

Successful candidate will have a passion for helping non-profit member-based associations implement technology that will improve their staff and member experiences.  The role requires a solid understanding of how to gather business requirements and an ability to translate into functional specifications and solutions that provide value to our clients.  This includes the ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas to association staff. 

Responsibilities 

  • Acquire a fundamental understanding of our Products, Customer Support Policies, and the contractual agreements in place between our company and our clients.
  • Engage with our clients to understand their goals and design requirements
  • Provide advice and communicate a clear vision on how best to achieve their project goals utilizing tools, applications and methodologies that will provide exceptional value to our clients
  • Develop functional requirements documentation for customer approval
  • Implement and support system configurations and test based on the client approved requirements and according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide training to customers and participate in other educational and training activities
  • Utilize a uniform approach to documenting and building out solutions that will ensure consistent ongoing support to clients
  • Continuously study emerging tools, technology and business practices for the association marketplace, and the application of these tools and practices
  • Provide consulting services to clients in a manner that is consistent with project budget
  • Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Solid technical skills, specifically regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar) and related platforms
  • Understanding of CRM applications and basic database structures such as SQL
  • Experience with non-profit organization functions such as membership management, meeting management, professional development, and fundraising is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery
  • Comfortable taking initiative to be productive and efficient, enjoy being hands-on, owning their role and ensuring the work is executed with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and an inherent desire to turn clients into “Raving Fans”

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $60,000-$70,000 USD per year
