Customer Marketing Director (Remote- US Based)

Job Summary 

Togetherwork provides Software-as-a-Service and Embedded Financial Services (EFS), including Payments solutions, to communities and businesses in several industries. We are looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Leader with an emphasis on B2B SaaS and Embedded Financial Services to drive our growth efforts and support companies we operate. This role will be primarily responsible for driving adoption and awareness of our customer upsell and cross sell in addition to our EFS offerings within each Product.

Responsibilities 

  • In cooperation with Marketing Leaders for each Product, develop and manage scalable marketing campaigns across platforms to drive growth and self-serve adoption of EFS and achieve EFS revenue goals.
  • Analyze current marketing activities, performance, and investment levels, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in monthly strategy calls to discuss EFS adoption performance versus forecast and discuss strategies to achieve goals.
  • Develop general awareness campaigns for EFS across the TW family of Software Products Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to the management team and actively monitor the contribution of marketing to the overall EFS revenue targets.

Requirements 

  • Four-year degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of successful Financial Services Marketing/Customer Marketing experience with track record of being accountable to specific revenue goals
  • Work experience within fintech or embedded payments, targeting SMB and mid-market companies highly desired
  • Strong demonstration of a “test, measure, learn” mentality
  • Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Ability to strategize and present opportunities
  • Eagerness to drive growth

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $125,000- $135,000 USD per year
