Client Operations Specialist (Onsite – Columbus, GA)

Note: This position is Hybrid in Columbus, GA. A writing activity is apart of this hiring process. 

Job Summary 

As a Client Operations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless communication and support for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and membership management activities. Take the initiative to train and advise our valued customers, enhancing their experience and contributing to overall organizational success. Be part of a collaborative team that collectively manages our main customer service inbox, prioritizing time-sensitive tasks for optimal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Internal Communication

  • Proactively initiate communication and follow up on customer tasks related to various accounting processes.
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Success team, addressing high-priority Greek customer accounts.
  • Document in detail all correspondence related to chapter management.

External Communication

  • Receive and manage customer inquiries, addressing topics such as merchandise orders, collection fee changes, and new member management.
  • Review and make recommendations for chapter billing practices and budgetary needs.
  • Proactively review client operations, suggesting enhancements using our products and services.

Customer Service

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Chapter Administrators and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist clients with questions, problem-solving, and system-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to voicemails and client communications, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Cultivate and enhance the company's relationship with assigned clients.

Training

  • Facilitate system training for undergraduate and alumni officers.
  • Conduct training programs for clients and internal staff.
  • Educate new officers about their vital role in the partnership and provide an overview of the services available.

Requirements 

  • High school diploma
  • 1 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred 

  • 1 year of accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
  • Membership in a Greek or similar social organization
  • Working knowledge of databases and/or CRM software; experience with Salesforce preferred.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $28,000- $31,000 USD per year
