About This Role

TogetherWork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, reporting to the Senior Director, Software Development, responsible for designing, building, delivering, and supporting high-quality SaaS applications across front-end and back-end systems.

This is a full-stack ownership role. You will own features from design through production, bringing at least 7+ years of experience and deep expertise in modern full-stack development. You will combine hands-on development, technical leadership, cloud and SRE practices, and cross-functional collaboration to build secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions on AWS, while mentoring other developers and contributing to sound architecture decisions.
