Business Development Representative

About This Role
The Petcare, Arts & Wellness product group is experiencing strong growth, and we’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to help accelerate that momentum. As a Business Development Representative, you will drive growth across all product lines within the Petcare, Arts & Wellness portfolio, including software, payments, and related services.
This is a relationship-driven, quota-carrying role focused on generating new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is comfortable running product demonstrations, managing a pipeline in Salesforce, and representing our brands at industry events and customer engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals across assigned Petcare, Arts & Wellness product lines.
- Cross-sell, upsell, and acquire new customers by educating prospects and existing customers on the full portfolio of software, payments, and value-added solutions available across the product group.
- Run product demonstrations, scheduling and conducting online demos to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions across the portfolio.
- Own your pipeline in Salesforce, diligently documenting prospect information and communications so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Represent the product group in the field, traveling to relevant industry tradeshows roughly 3–4 times per year to build relationships with customers and prospects across Petcare, Arts, and Wellness markets.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of sales experience, with B2B success highly preferred.
- A strong work ethic and the internal drive to succeed in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Strong ability to learn new software solutions quickly and speak to them credibly.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of or passion for Petcare, Arts, or Wellness markets is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- A proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
