Togetherwork, the emerging leader in Group Management Software and Payments, today announced the acquisition of SofTrek, a leader in nonprofit fundraising software for donor relationship management. SofTrek is the developer of ClearView CRM, a multi-channel fundraising application with donor relationship management, business intelligence, and operational tools. The acquisition closed in Q4 2017 and SofTrek continues to be an independent operating company within Togetherwork.

Concurrent with the acquisition Joseph Klimek joined SofTrek as CEO. Joe brings more than 20 years of software experience successfully helping nonprofits adopt new technology and processes.

Togetherwork has acquired 18 companies, as it builds a growing family of group management and payments software companies.
SofTrek is exhibiting at the Nonprofit Technology Conference (www.nten.org/ntc) April 11 through 13 and the Association of Fundraising Professionals International Fundraising Conference (afpfc.com) April 15 through 17, both in New Orleans.
