Togetherwork Acquires Dance Studio Owners Association, the Leader in Dance Education

Expands Togetherwork’s leading presence in Dance Studios

August 2, 2022 – ATLANTA – Togetherwork, the leader in integrated software and payments for managing communities, groups, and organizations, is excited to announce that it has acquired the Dance Studio Owners Association (DSOA).

Since 2014, DSOA has served as the leading education resource for more than 35,000 dance studios globally. DSOA’s team of educators provides training, mentoring, and strategic solutions that aid in the growth of dance studios and their communities.

“By joining the Togetherwork family, Dance Studio Owners Association is on an unprecedented journey to growing our member experience,” said CEO Clint Salter. “While our work in the dance industry is just getting started, it was critical that we work alongside a partner whose vision mirrored ours. DSOA now has a wealth of opportunities to expand our presence and make an even greater impact on dance studio owners and our members.”

DSOA joins DanceStudio-Pro, Togetherwork’s leading dance studio management software provider. The expansion forges a path for the two premier dance organizations to provide best-in-class tools and content for dance studios while promoting collective initiatives in the future and strengthens Togetherwork’s commitment to the success of our dance studio customers.

“DanceStudio-Pro is thrilled Danced Studio Owners Association has joined Togetherwork. DSOA’s work aligns perfectly with DSP’s mission to transform talented teachers into profitable and productive studio owners. Collectively, we can provide valuable solutions and instructional offerings that support the needs of our growing community of dance studio owners,” said DanceStudio-Pro CEO Laura Cole.

DSOA will continue to be led by Salter and will maintain operations under its current name and brand within Togetherwork.

“I am excited to welcome Dance Studio Owners Association to the Togetherwork family,” said Togetherwork CEO Neil Platt. “Clint and the DSOA team deliver a world-class educational experience that empowers a thriving community of dance studio owners and artists. The opportunity to have DSOA and DanceStudio-Pro under the Togetherwork umbrella reinforces our one company approach to bringing innovative solutions focused on the success of our customers.”
