Jean has over 20 years of sales management and executive leadership experience at organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups focused on financial technology. She most recently founded the sales practice for SMR as a Senior Partner, and prior to that, Jean transformed growth and retention as CashEdge’s SVP of Sales, culminating in the successful sale to Fiserv. Preceding her time with CashEdge, Jean spent 14 years as an American Express executive, leading US sales, client management and implementation teams. Most notably, she built a new business unit for the US mid-market sector which generated revenue within 60 days of inception. Along with her expertise for global sales management, Jean has a reputation for successfully engaging customers and employees in innovative ways. She has a double degree in economics and journalism from Boston University, and holds a staggering collection of sales management certifications from institutions around the globe.
Jean loves traveling with her husband and twins, and is always on the lookout for what’s new and interesting in local cuisine and art.
