“I started at Pennington in 2007. I first had a pretty entry level position and I’ve been promoted several times in my tenure. One thing I really like about the work is each day is different than the previous. While I do a lot of the same things each day, it’s different people or projects that I interact with every day.

I remember my first week, meeting the president of our company and he immediately called me by name and wanted to learn my story. Additionally, several years later when I was dealing with a very personally tough issue, he stopped what he was doing for over an hour right before the busy holiday season and spent dedicated time visiting with me and encouraging me that I was on the right path.
And these stories I could tell about so many people in the company. The people here truly care about each other and want to see each other succeed. Work will always be work… that’s why you get paid; but to me, it’s the people you work with that make the difference. The people at Pennington make the difference.”
