Project Manager (Remote US-Based)

Job Summary 

A Project Manager at Togetherwork is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects, including assignment and monitoring of tasks with internal resources. The Project Manager will work across multiple business areas to manage both the technical aspects and business deliverables. A successful candidate will ensure successful delivery of project goals, form strong relationships with all project stakeholders, provide project status updates and resolve project related issues and concerns.  This includes, but is not limited to, the following:


  • Responsible and accountable for delivering large projects on-time, on-budget and meeting the functional and quality specifications
  • Identify and schedule resources needed to complete work and collaborates with resource manager(s) to assemble appropriate skills/teams
  • Manage the delivery of services using internal company systems and associated standard operating procedures and processes
  • Assist clients in the exploration of business process improvement opportunities utilizing Protech solutions
  • Facilitate service delivery through direct contribution, coordination of Protech resources and/or escalation as necessary
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper attention and resources are provided throughout the service delivery lifecycle, including Protech’s change management processes
  • Monitor progress of multiple projects and provide timely and accurate reporting of such progress, and exceptions to stakeholders and executive leadership



  • Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMI)
  • Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools
  • Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes
  • Proven success leading complex projects or initiatives that include responsibility for managing budget and deadlines
  • Ability to perform other essential duties necessary to manage projects through completion on time and on budget
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • A team player who can motivate others in a positive manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Focus on delivering value and exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluent in Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office and Project.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 core concepts is desirable

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $ 90,000 - $95,000 USD per year
