Group Account Director / Sr. Director (Remote- US Based)

Job Summary 

The Sr. Director / Director within Togetherwork’s Recreation & Leisure Product Group (focused on the PetCare), will be a senior client-facing member of the integrated team, helping lead growing customer relationships with a portfolio of Enterprise accounts.

The Sr. Director/ Director will be the Account Management team leader, with (2-3) direct reports initially (and potentially more beyond). The priority objectives of the role will be to create a high-functioning account team, lead the daily customer experience of Top 10-15 Key Accounts, and drive retention & renewal of the complete list of Enterprise accounts (25-50).

You will develop a thorough understanding of our products, service offerings and the unique dynamics of our customer organizations to better expand our relationship.

Prior experience in account management / client leadership is essential for consideration. 

Effective Communications is central to the role of Account Management. This position will require a strong communicator in order to be successful. Presentation building, email communication, meeting recaps, and all forms of business communication are essential skills in the day-to-day expectations.

Responsibilities 

Create & Build Customer Confidence

  • Develop lasting relationships to create loyal customers and improve retention
  • Consult on product usage best practices and drive feature adoption
  • Understand their business objectives and how our products support them

Communicate Effectively: 

  • Create pro-active presentations (in PowerPoint) that help frame-up and deliver against multiple scenarios:
    • Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Strategic Recommendations
    • Financial / Retainer Usage Opportunities
    • Results Reporting
    • Best Practices & Product Adoption Strategies
  • Identify Expansion (upsell/cross-sell) opportunities
  • Analyze and determine customer needs and be able to summarize in presentation format
  • Provide feedback to the Product Management and Support teams; coordinate consolidated customer communications

Drive Customer Retention & Expansion Opportunities: 

  • Secure yearly/ multi-year renewals through strong business routines and contract negotiations
  • Ensure customer alignment with ongoing financial deliverables through renewal
  • Collaborate with development team to provide recommendations based on client feedback to innovate and enhance our products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and financials (email, shared documents, software/ Salesforce notes)

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication
  • Experience working with customers and well-rounded customers relation skills
  • Ability to understand market trends and anticipate changes
  • SAAS experience

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $100,000 - $135,000 USD per year
